Status quo text: "No schools close and no boundaries change. Enrollment keeps declining, so more schools fall below the size needed to staff a full program. About 48% of students will attend a sustainable school."
Scenario A text as printed: "A smaller set of the same moves brings more than half of schools up to a sustainable size. About 73% of students will attend a sustainable school."
